We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with a physical product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs), provided the item is in its original, unused condition.
To initiate a return, contact us at crapsclub@goldentouchcraps.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of ebooks, software, and digital video content are final and non-refundable once the download has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue with a digital download, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Seminar registrations are subject to separate cancellation and refund terms, which will be communicated at the time of registration.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
